MEET OUR TEAM

Brent Johnston –

Brent is co-owner and Fabricator for True Fabrication and Welding LLC.  He has been in the fabrication industry since 2008. He believes that no job is too small and loves a challenge.  Brent’s work can be found all along the Front Range and beyond.  He has fabricated and installed custom & base design decorative railings, gates and spiral stair cases, as well as, farm, automotive, farm implement and industrial equipment.  Whether it is a commercial, residential or decorative project, Brent will always try to give you the best product for the price.   Focused on customer satisfaction he believes a happy customer is a return customer.  Brent is also skilled in 3D software and upon request he has the ability to show you your project prior to the fabrication processes.

Josh Johnston –

Josh is co-owner and Fabricator for True Fabrication and Welding LLC.  He enjoys the fast paced world that we have come to know. Whether the project is small or large, his goal is to get it done on schedule with a happy customer in hand.  Josh has been in the fabrication business since 2010.  He loves working with his hands and there’s no better feeling then being able to say at the end of the day “I built that”.  Like Brent, Josh’s work can be seen all over the Front Range and he too is truly versatile in his welding skills.  He would love to look at your project and make your dream become a reality.

Carol Johnston –

Carol is co-owner and the Accounts Controller for True Fabrication and Welding LLC.  Carol manages the overall accounting operations of the company including accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance & licenses.  You will also find Carol answering phone calls and assisting Brent & Josh with questions and scheduling of projects.  Having grown up in a family owned business and being self-employed her entire adult life, she brings 38 years of business management to the table for True Fabrication and Welding LLC.  Her top priority is for True Fabrication and Welding LLC’s customer to have a quality experience and product.

Tim Johnston –

Tim is co-owner and brings 38 years of business management and construction experience to True Fabrication and Welding LLC.  Tim brings skills that most fab shops are lacking.  He knows how a structure comes together from the ground up and is key in making sure the finished product meets existing building code and quality standards, as well as, being an innovative thinker.
